Hesse: Two lawsuits about the drug business including a knife attack started

Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - Two separate processes for one and the same drug deal, including a knife attack in Frankfurt, started completely differently. In the proceedings against the two suspected stabbers, the defendants initially did not comment on the allegations before the district court on Wednesday. In the second trial against the prospective buyers at the time, however, the accused made confessions.

The two alleged stabbers, aged 24 and 26, are accused of attempted manslaughter twice. In October 2020, they are said to have seriously injured their victims, the 25 and 29-year-old defendants in the second trial, with a knife in a hotel parking lot in Frankfurt-Bonames. The 25-year-old was briefly in mortal danger after significant blood loss and an injured lung.

The two buyers wanted to take over seven kilograms of marijuana for 34,000 euros in the parking lot. At the meeting with the sellers, a dispute broke out for unknown reasons, which ended with the knife attack. Several days of negotiations were scheduled for both processes, but the processes are expected to be completed in December.
